FACE VALUE: COLLINS FACES RECORD DIVORCE!

That's the genesis of his latest divorce settlement and the value placed on se-se-settling his affairs with ex-wife Orianne Cevey, who after telling Collins, "Hello, I must be going," walked away with the biggest divorce payout ever in the UK, even bigger than Paul McCartney's recent check to Heather Mills. If you're keeping score, Collins has doled out over $80 million for his 3 failed marriages. Phil, do yourself a favor: don't hurry love!
